Golden Keys as Portals to Internal Alchemy

I have come to realize that all challenges or situations that we call hard or feel emotionally activated by, have the potential to offer what I like to call Golden Keys. These Golden Keys open the door of to transformation and growth, should we choose to acknowledge them.

I have come to realize that all challenges or situations that we call hard or feel emotionally activated by, have the potential to offer what I like to call Golden Keys. These Golden Keys open the door of to transformation and growth, should we choose to acknowledge them.

This shift in perspective allows us to shift out from victim mode, being at the mercy of outside forces, to an understanding that each moment provides opportunities for growth and transformation. We are in this Earth DoJo (training ground to elevate ourselves to experience the wonders of life and feel nourished by our experiences and our senses) to learn to be the material manifestation and expression of Spirit.

When we continually tell ourselves life is difficult, I am unhappy, I don’t know myself, then we are stuck in a programming loop that is contracting and diminishing. With these thought forms we are casting a spell on our beings with negative mantras. We are filling our frequency field with contracted vibrations that is either repelling expansive, loving vibrations or attracting more of the same challenging vibrations, due to being stuck in a loop.

When we choose to instead see a difficulty as an opportunity for growth or a golden key, then we immediately offer a frequency that is expansive and full of possibility. We fill our field with an openness to positive transformations to come and present themselves to our beingness.

For example if you have moved to a new environment within the past couple of years and have not met anyone or feel a lack of community so you dwell in that lack and are not generating ways to meet, create or find community or nourish yourself. This will continue to be your experience for a long time. But if instead you become curious about your new environment, engage in experiences like classes or community gatherings that light your heart up or even find a regular community coffee shop or yoga studio or gym or local plant or mushroom walks, or framers market to spend some regular time at to engage with being in the community which might continue to open doorways of meeting people till eventually you meet some people that you resonate with or have had the opportunity to develop relationship with. So instead of lonely, you become curious and willing to put in the time to cultivate relationship.

Another example of a Golden Key is maybe you have a feeling of frustration underlying with certain people, places or in general it is an underlying tone, this feeling of discomfort is an opportunity to develop your skills of internal alchemy.

Frustration needs some mindful movement, breath, a deeper look at what feels un supportive and what could offer more support or feel more in alignment. Are you so busy with work that you are not making space to nourish your passions, are you depleted and giving all your energy into an experience that is not valuing what you offer. Are you needing to express or experience something and are being stopped from doing so.

Perhaps start by writing and acknowledging that this feeling exists, then explore what is causing it, and then dream into what might be helpful. Often a walk in nature can help us discharge built up energy enough to see clearly what we can do to bring balance.

In my course Alchemy of Emotions we go over many techniques for connecting with the Golden Keys in life in a transformative way so we can develop a deeper ability to know how to change that which makes us feel stuck.
