We invite you to a retreat of you time. Enjoy yoga, sounding, meditation, personal reflection and writing time, body work treatments, and delicious whole-food (macrobiotic) vegetarian / vegan meals. An opportunity to come back to yourself, to make time and space to find your own personal peace.

Personal Time: Write, take a walk to the water or forest, take an infrared sauna, read, whatever gives you the chance to do what you feel like you never have time for.
Zen Shiatsu Treatment: Enjoy your own time to receive a relaxing zen shiatsu treatment.
Evening Yin Yoga & Crystal Bowl Sounding: Enter a dream state to go to sleep
Whole food plant based meals included.
This is not a group retreat, you have no obligation to do anything, this time is for you, a personal reset from your busy life.
